PHAB is made possible through support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). In addition to these partners, PHAB is working closely with several groups to align the national standards with the needs of their membership and address a wide variety of public health department structures and circumstances across the country. Groups include the National Association of County and City Health Officials, the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, the National Association of Local Boards of Health and the American Public Health Association.
